Online Registration

Please fill out a copy of this registration for each person from your organization who is attending the conference. After you complete the form and click on the submit button, you will be taken to a Registration Confirmation page. Please print off a copy of your Registration Confirmation and remit payment to the address that is listed.

The cost to attend the conference is $350 per delegate, and $200 for each guest of a delegate. There is an additional $65 fee to participate in the Whitewater rafting adventure with Cascade Raft and Kayak on Saturday, July 12th.
